Receiving with Mobile Drop Down Lists Feature

An item is received at the Receive Item form. When you use the Mobile Drop Down Lists feature the location drop-down list will be populated with all the inventory locations for the site; the UOM drop-down list will be populated with a list of available units of measure for the item.

Refer to the steps below to receive an item when the Mobile Drop Down Lists feature is being used.

1. Item# field: the item number is automatically placed in this field.
2. Location field: scan, enter, or select the Location. Click the drop-down arrow to view a list of all site-locations.

3. Qty field: enter the receive quantity for the item.
4. UOM field (when multiple unit of measure is ON for the division only): scan, enter, or select the unit of measure for the item. Click the drop-down arrow to view a list of all units of measure for this item .
